OPDV02 Garuda, the Thrice Damned Mage-Lord

Garuda was sculpted by Sandra Garrity. He stands roughly 37mm tall from the bottom of his base to the top of his head.  I know this guy looks a lot like Dispater and that is true but I do have another Dispater coming up for release very soon (which will be much closer to the inspiration for him).
